With a keen interest in understanding how businesses operate and achieve success, he is a dedicated team player focused on achieving team victories and is always willing to go the extra mile.

With over a decade in real estate sales and four years in restoration leadership, Scott combines sharp business insight with field credibility. As General Manager at EAS, he leads high-impact projects with a focus on communication, team leadership, and results-driven performance.

A U.S. Coast Guard veteran turned environmental scientist and project leader, Derek brings over 20 years of experience in hazardous materials, industrial hygiene, and emergency response. His work blends technical precision, regulatory expertise, and calm leadership under pressure.

Justin Napolitano brings over 12 years of experience in mitigation, restoration, and environmental services and will serve as our Director of Mitigation. His leadership and expertise will strengthen our estimating operations and TPA workflows, ensuring continued excellence for our clients.

With 20+ years in construction, logistics, and operations, Justin Adler is a results-driven leader known for his problem-solving skills and ability to manage projects from start to finish.

Karli Gregory brings extensive experience in business development and community engagement and serves as our Business Development Manager. Her focus on building relationships and creating strategic partnerships helps drive growth and strengthen client connections.

Halton May, EHS Manager at EASE, brings extensive experience in restoration, environmental consulting, and safety management, with a proven record in asbestos, lead, mold, and hazardous materials projects.

With over 13 years of experience in disaster restoration and a long-standing professional partnership with EAS President Evan, Anthony is a cornerstone of the EAS team. His background spans fieldwork, permitting, and operations—making him a versatile and loyal contributor to every phase of the job.

Seth Wilcox is an experienced construction professional and founder of Bridge Contracting, Ltd Co. With a strong background in project management, estimating, and carpentry, he’s known for his leadership, attention to detail, and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
